I turn complex, high-stakes workflows
into product decisions teams can ship with confidence.
I design end-to-end SaaS experiences in ambiguous problem spaces—where business rules are dense, user needs conflict, and the right path is not obvious. My strength is translating complexity into clear workflows, aligned product direction, and polished experiences that feel simple to customers even when the system underneath is not.
What I’m Hired to Solve
I take ambiguous product spaces—where business rules, user trust, technical constraints, and messy workflows collide— and turn them into clear product direction, scalable flows, and shippable design decisions. My value is strongest when the path forward is not obvious: I lead discovery, shape strategy, translate complexity into simple user experiences, and help teams move from uncertainty → alignment → execution.
Ambiguous product direction with incomplete data
I lead in the messy middle—when the team knows something is broken or underbuilt, but doesn’t yet know what users actually need, what the business should prioritize, or what direction to commit to. I close those gaps through research, synthesis, and decision-ready framing.
Dense SaaS workflows that feel too complex to customers
I design products where users have to navigate complex logic, important decisions, and irreversible actions. My work turns operational or financial complexity into interfaces that feel calm, legible, and manageable— especially in systems where scale and correctness both matter.
Cross-functional alignment when constraints are real
I do not stop at concepts. I facilitate design sessions, pressure-test tradeoffs with product and engineering, and translate solutions into clear mockups, requirements, and implementation-ready specs. That is how exploratory work becomes real product progress instead of a dead-end deck.
Principal product design work
Complex workflows, ambiguous problems, measurable outcomes
I design end-to-end product experiences for high-stakes systems where users need clarity, teams need alignment, and the business needs results. My strongest work sits at the intersection of discovery, product strategy, complex workflow design, and implementation-ready execution.
SaaS workflow design
Automate Complex Workflows
Designed branching workflow patterns for a live SaaS product—simplifying complex rules, reducing configuration errors, and helping users manage automation with more confidence.
Ambiguity → product guardrails
International Roaming Guardrails
Turned a messy escalation problem into a product strategy: proactive communications, payment thresholds, suspension logic, and clearer customer decision points across a high-risk billing experience.
Live product iteration
Autopay Flexibility & Failure Recovery
Reframed a payments problem into a customer-centered product update—giving users more control over timing while preserving operational guardrails and reducing downstream failure risk.
Trust + clarity in complex flows
Secure Text
Designed a more understandable secure communication experience by translating invisible system behavior into clearer states, safer actions, and stronger user confidence.
Award-winning research + design
OneButton PIN
Research and prototype work that rethought authentication for blind and low-vision users— proving I can move from exploratory insight to novel interaction design and evaluation.
Publications & Research
Peer-reviewed work focused on accessibility, secure interaction, and inclusive design for real-world systems.
Open to Principal / Senior Product Design roles in SaaS, FinTech, and workflow-heavy platforms
Need a product designer who can turn complex workflows into clear, shippable experiences?
I’m strongest in ambiguous product spaces where the workflow is complicated, the stakes are high, and the path forward is not obvious. I bring customer insight, systems thinking, and end-to-end product design to help teams move from rough concepts to polished flows, detailed specs, and measurable outcomes.
Send me the role, team, or product space you’re hiring for — I’ll reply with the most relevant workflow, SaaS, and strategy-heavy case studies from my portfolio.
I mentor on ADPList — portfolio, interviews, and systems-thinking.
If you’re trying to level up your UX/Product design work, I focus on what actually moves the needle: strong problem framing, defensible decisions, cleaner stories, and work that survives real constraints.
